Vegas Engagement

Sandy contacted me some time ago about wanting family pictures because her baby boy was returning home from the Marines! A few minutes into our conversation she says “there’s more though..”

I had a feeling of what she was going to say…and sure enough her next few words were telling me that her daughter's boyfriend would be calling me soon to talk about a surprise proposal!!

within a few minutes of getting off the phone with Sandy- Russ called! He was SOOO EXCITED and nervous all at the same time!! He had an idea but just needed help bringing it to life!

We met a few weeks before the big day to do a walkthrough of how it would go- and then the day of a few hours before to finalize everything!

At the meeting right before it was going to happen- I prepared him for things that could possibly go wrong- It was Lake Martin- so it is open to the public- there could possibly be tons of people fishing or a few other photographers there in the spot he picked!

Let’s just say this was totally a God thing… we got to Lake Martin and NOT A SINGLE person was even close to where he wanted Briana to be standing… I positioned Briana and her family in the perfect spot for their last few family pictures and texted Russ… GO TIME!

As you can see in the pictures below- Briana’s dad noticed Russ first… then her face slowly changes as she realizes what is about to happen!

Russ and his family were walking towards her ready to ask her to be his forever!

I am SO honored to have been a part of this amazing day! I can’t wait to see what the future holds for these two!
